  • thyme - 1/2 tsp
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste - 1 item
  • clove garlic - 1 item
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • chicken, cut up - 1 item
  • buttermilk - 1 c
  • Rice Krispies, crushed

How to make buttermilk baked chicken:

Melt butter and crushed garlic clove in 9 x 13-inch pan. Dip chicken pieces in milk, then in cereal. Place in pan. Sprinkle seasoning over chicken. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Turn chicken. Uncover and bake 20 minutes.
