Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 3 tsp
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 2/3 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 3 tsp
- corn syrup - 3/4 c
- soft butter - 9 Tbsp
- raisins
- white sugar - 1/3 c
- cake flour - 2 c
- Add milk and slightly beaten egg
How to make butter tarts:
Mix flour, baking powder, salt and butter as for pie dough. Add milk and slightly beaten egg. Work in sugar after dough is made (last of all).
