- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 1 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- can evaporated milk - 1 item
- Mrs - 1 c
How to make butter pecan ice cream:
Saute pecans in butter. Beat eggs for 5 minutes. Add sugar and beat 5 minutes more. Then add vanilla, milk and syrup; mix well, then add pecans. Mix and pour into ice cream freezer. Add milk to fill line, then freeze.Recipe categories: Desserts, Frozen desserts, Fruit.
