  • eggs - 1 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • can evaporated milk - 1 item
  • Mrs - 1 c

How to make butter pecan ice cream:

Saute pecans in butter. Beat eggs for 5 minutes. Add sugar and beat 5 minutes more. Then add vanilla, milk and syrup; mix well, then add pecans. Mix and pour into ice cream freezer. Add milk to fill line, then freeze.
