Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
- jar spaghetti sauce - 1 oz
- elbow macaroni, uncooked
How to make busy day casserole:
Crumble beef in 3-quart casserole dish and cook on full power in microwave 4 to 5 minutes or until beef is no longer pink, stirring halfway through cooking time and rotating dish. Drain off grease. Mix in sauce, water and macaroni. Cook, covered, at full power 12 to 14 minutes or until macaroni is tender, stirring and rotating dish halfway through time.
