Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- medium onion - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- whipped potatoes - 3 c
How to make busy day casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. Break ground beef in small pieces while frying with chopped onions. Add salt and pepper. Pour into casserole dish. Spread creamed corn over beef.
