Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cloves garlic - 4 item
- olive oil - 1/4 c
- Italian parsley - 1/2 c
- balsamic vinegar - 1/4 c
- fresh cilantro leaves - 1/2 c
- roma tomatoes - 12 item
- loosely packed basil leaves - 3 c
How to make bruschetta sauce:
Chop garlic very fine, chop basil, cilantro and parsley in food processor. Add garlic and tomatoes; mix well. Add olive oil and balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Use as you would salsa as a dip or use with meat.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Cooking mixes.
