Ingredients/Components

  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • cloves garlic - 4 item
  • olive oil - 1/4 c
  • Italian parsley - 1/2 c
  • balsamic vinegar - 1/4 c
  • fresh cilantro leaves - 1/2 c
  • roma tomatoes - 12 item
  • loosely packed basil leaves - 3 c

How to make bruschetta sauce:

Chop garlic very fine, chop basil, cilantro and parsley in food processor. Add garlic and tomatoes; mix well. Add olive oil and balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Use as you would salsa as a dip or use with meat.
