Ingredients/Components
- vinegar - 1 tsp
- Crisco oil - 1 tsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- red pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped carrot - 1/2 c
- small can green chilies, chopped - 1 item
- cans stewed tomatoes drain 1 can - 2 item
- Franks hot sauce to taste - 1 item
How to make salsa:
Put tomatoes in large bowl; cut or tear. Add other ingredients (vinegar and oil last). Mix well and refrigerate. Serve with corn chips.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Sauces, Salsas.
