  • squirrel, dressed - 1 item

  • thyme - 1 tsp
  • garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
  • can whole corn - 1 item
  • lima beans - 1 c
  • potatoes, quartered - 3 item
  • cayenne pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • onions, sliced - 2 item
  • canned tomatoes - 2 c

How to make brunswick stew:

Cut up the squirrel into serving size pieces. Roll in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Brown in margarine in a deep skillet or pot. Add 8 cups water and bring to a boil. Add the remaining ingredients, cover and simmer for 3 hours or until the meat is tender.
