Ingredients/Components
- squirrel, dressed - 1 item
- flour - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- thyme - 1 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- can whole corn - 1 item
- lima beans - 1 c
- potatoes, quartered - 3 item
- cayenne pepper - 1/4 tsp
- onions, sliced - 2 item
- canned tomatoes - 2 c
How to make brunswick stew:
Cut up the squirrel into serving size pieces. Roll in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Brown in margarine in a deep skillet or pot. Add 8 cups water and bring to a boil.
