  • pkg - 2 oz
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • water - 1/2 c
  • garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
  • onion powder - 1 tsp
  • seasoned bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item

How to make spinach and broccoli casserole:

Cook broccoli and spinach in water until completely thawed (but not cooked). Stir in remaining ingredients except bread crumbs. Place in large casserole dish and cover with seasoned bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Makes 12 servings of 1/2 cup at approximately 85 calories per serving.
