Brunch casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- slices bread - 16 item
- crushed potato chips - 1 c
- slices Canadian bacon - 8 item
- slices sharp Cheddar cheese - 8 item
How to make brunch casserole:
Place 8 slices bread in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Put slices of meat and cheese and top with remaining slices of bread.Beat eggs, salt, pepper, mustard, onion, green pepper, milk and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over bread and chill overnight. Before baking, pour butter over top. Top with potato chips. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
