Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 5 6
- yeast - 1 pkg
- lukewarm water - 1/4 c
- scalded milk - 2 c
- butter oleo - 3 Tbsp
How to make brown and serve rolls:
Scald milk; add sugar, salt and butter. Cool to lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in water. Add to milk. Add enough flour to make soft dough. Knead lightly. Place in greased bowl. Brush top with melted butter. Cover; let rise until double in bulk. Shape into rolls. Brush top with melted butter. Cover and let rise until double in bulk. Bake in 250° oven for 20 minutes.
