Broiled salisbury steak

Ingredients/Components

• Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
• Parmesan cheese - 1 Tbsp
• ground beef - 1 lb
• salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
• crushed corn flakes - 1 c
• barbecue sauce - 4 Tbsp

How to make broiled salisbury steak:

Combine ground beef and remaining ingredients in bowl. Mix well. Shape into patties. Place on broiler pan. Broil for 5 minutes on each side. Serve hot. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
