Ingredients/Components
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- crushed corn flakes - 1 c
- barbecue sauce - 4 Tbsp
How to make broiled salisbury steak:
Combine ground beef and remaining ingredients in bowl. Mix well. Shape into patties. Place on broiler pan. Broil for 5 minutes on each side. Serve hot. Yields 4 to 6 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
