Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/3 c
- egg - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- slices bread - 4 item
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- barbecue sauce
How to make barbecue meatballs:
Sauce:1 c. barbecue sauce1/3 c. brown sugar2 Tbsp. prepared mustard Mix beef, egg, Worcestershire sauce, onion, salt and pepper. Cut crust off bread and make moist. Add to meat mixture. Roll into 1-inch balls and brown. Place in casserole dish. Mix sauce and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
