- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- grated cheese - 1/4 c
- tomatoes - 4 item
- crumbs - 1/4 c
How to make broiled cheese tomatoes:
Wash and core tomatoes; cut into halves crosswise. Sprinkle halves with salt, pepper, crumbs and cheese. Dot with butter. Place on baking sheet. Broil for 10 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Yields 4 servings.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Side dish, 3 steps or less.
