- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- low-fat cottage cheese - 1/3 c
- medium tomatoes - 6 item
- grated Parmesan cheese
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- basil - 1/4 tsp
- Quaker oats uncooked, any style - 1/2 c
How to make broccoli stuffed tomatoes:
Heat oven to 350°. Slice 1/4 inch from stem end of each tomato. Scoop out pulp and seeds. Place tomatoes in 1-quart baking dish. Cook broccoli with onion according to package directions; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheeseRecipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Tomato.
