Broccoli souffle
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 6 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- jar Cheez Whiz - 8 oz
- frozen chopped broccoli - 2 pkg
- crushed crackers - 1/2 c
How to make broccoli souffle:
Thaw and drain broccoli. Saute onion in 3 tablespoons butter. Add broccoli and stir. Add water, flour and cheese. Beat eggs well and add.Grease 9 x 9-inch casserole dish. Add mixture. Melt 3 tablespoons butter and add to crackers. Spread over top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
