Broccoli rice casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- vegetable oil
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- cooked rice - 2 c
- diced Velveeta cheese - 1 c
- frozen broccoli, thawed and drained - 1 pkg
- can broccoli soup - 1 item
How to make broccoli rice casserole:
Cook celery and onion in vegetable oil in large saucepan until tender.Combine soup and milk. Put in with celery and onion. Add cheese, broccoli and rice. Stir together and pour into 10 x 6-inch or 8 x 8-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
May microwave on High for 10 minutes or until hot. Rotate dish halfway through cooking.
