Broccoli rice casserole
Ingredients/Components
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- uncooked rice - 1/2 c
- chopped broccoli - 1 pkg
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- roll garlic cheese - 1 item
- small can mushrooms, drained - 1 item
How to make broccoli rice casserole:
Saute onion in margarine. Add frozen broccoli. Cook 5 to 6 minutes. Measure 1/2 cup rice. Cook. Add to broccoli mixture with soup, cheese and mushrooms. Mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook in a 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.Dedicated to Norma Ruth Ashburn.
