- butter - 1 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can evaporated milk - 1 oz
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- cooked rice - 3 c
- jar process cheese spread - 1 oz
How to make broccoli rice casserole:
In a large skillet over medium heat, saute onion, celery and broccoli in butter for 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in cheese, milk and soup until smooth. Place rice in a greased 8-inch square baking dish.
