Broccoli quiche
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- onion, diced - 1/4 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Swiss cheese, shredded - 1 c
- half and half cream - 1 pt
- broccoli - 1/2 lb
- pie shell 10-inch - 1 item
How to make broccoli quiche:
Prick the bottom of pie shell. Bake at 425° for 6 to 8 minutes; cool. Sprinkle cheese and onion evenly into pastry shell. Add cooked broccoli. Combine eggs, half and half, salt and pepper. Mix well. Pour this mixture into pie shell over the broccoli. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
