- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- Bisquick - 3/4 c
- onion, diced - 1 item
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- green pepper, diced - 1 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- unpeeled grated zucchini - 4 c
How to make zucchini casserole:
Let zucchini and salt stand for 30 minutes. Grease dish with butter. Mix all other ingredients; add zucchini. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
