Broccoli-mushroom quiche
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- cooked broccoli - 1 c
- unbaked 9-inch pie crust - 1 item
- shredded Swiss or 1/2 Monterey Jack and 1/2 Swiss - 2 c
- cooked chopped mushrooms - 3/4 c
How to make broccoli-mushroom quiche:
Heat oven to 350°. Combine eggs, milk and salt and mix well. Toss cheese with flour. Add cheese mixture. Add vegetables to egg mixture, stirring gently to mix. Pour into pie shell and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until quiche is light brown and almost firm. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Vegetables, Broccoli.
