Broccoli, chicken and rice casserole
Ingredients/Components
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- uncooked rice - 1 c
- jar Cheez Whiz - 1 oz
- large head broccoli - 1 item
- can white chicken chunks - 1 item
- to 1 can sliced water chestnuts - 1/2 item
- Cheese Nips crackers, crumbled - 3 c
How to make broccoli, chicken and rice casserole:
Clean broccoli and cut off tough stalks. Cut into serving sizes. Cook broccoli until tender. Add Cheez Whiz, undiluted cream of chicken soup and cooked rice. Stir until mixed well. Add chestnuts and stir. Add chicken chunks and stir. Pour into casserole dish and add cracker crumbs on top. Dab with butter. Cook at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
