Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- cooked rice - 2 c
- can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 oz
- cans cream of chicken mushroom soup - 2 item
- cans diced boned chicken - 2 oz
How to make broccoli, chicken and rice casserole:
Cook broccoli as directed on package; drain. Mix with other ingredients but use only 1/2 can cheese soup. Pour into 2-quart casserole. Top with rest of Cheddar cheese soup. Crumble Ritz crackers and sprinkle on top. Cook at 350° for 15 or 20 minutes until bubbly.Recipe categories: Main dish, Rice, White rice.
