- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chicken broth
- grated American cheese - 1 c
How to make broccoli cheese soup:
Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain on paper towels and cut into small pieces. Melt margarine in large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour, salt and pepper, mixing well.
