Broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 10 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- grated carrots - 3/4 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- minced onion or Tbsp - 1/4 1/2
- crushed "herb" flavored croutons - 3/4 c
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli, drain. Mix with 1/2 of the croutons. Mix soup and flour; add sour cream, onion, salt, pepper and carrots. Add soup mixture to broccoli. Mix remaining croutons with melted butter; sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
