  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • grated cheese - 1 c
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • frozen broccoli, chopped - 2 pkg
  • crushed crackers - 1/2 c

How to make broccoli casserole:

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Mix eggs, soup, cheese and mayonnaise and add to broccoli. Place in greased baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Place 1/2 cup crushed soda crackers on top and bake 15 more minutes.
