Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • chopped broccoli - 2 pkg
  • crushed Ritz crackers - 1 item
  • grated mild Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • onion, browned slightly - 2 Tbsp

How to make broccoli casserole:

Mix all together including the cheese (except crackers). Top with crushed crackers. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
