Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- butter or margarine - 4 Tbsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- mayo - 1/2 c
- frozen chopped broccoli - 2 pkg
- stack Ritz crackers - 1 item
- onion flakes or fresh sauteed onion - 2 tsp
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli according to directions; drain. Mix cooked broccoli, mayo, Cheddar, eggs, soup and onion until well blended. Place in casserole. Mix crushed cracker crumbs with melted butter; put on top of broccoli casserole. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
