Broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- frozen chopped broccoli - 2 pkg
- Ritz cracker crumbs - 1 c
- 4 to 5 oz - 1 c
How to make broccoli casserole:
Steam or microwave broccoli until tender. Drain well. Combine all ingredients (except cracker crumbs) and blend with broccoli. Put in buttered casserole dish and sprinkle top with crumbs. Bake at 400° for about 20 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
