Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- chopped broccoli - 1 lb
- seasoned stuffing mix - 2 c
- can celery or mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli and onions in boiling water with 1/2 teaspoon salt for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain. Melt butter and mix with stuffing mix. Layer in casserole with undiluted soup. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
