Ingredients/Components
- evaporated milk - 2/3 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- frozen cauliflower - 1 pkg
- can French onion rings - 1 item
- frozen broccoli spears - 1 pkg
How to make broccoli and cauliflower casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. Fix vegetables according to directions. Drain and place in casserole dish. Mix evaporated milk and soup together. Layer in dish: vegetables, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 can onion rings, soup mixture, remaining onion rings and remaining cheese.
