- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese
- cheese - 1/2 1/3
- cauliflower - 1 pkg
- broccoli - 1 pkg
How to make broccoli and cauliflower casserole:
Topping:2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese2 Tbsp. margarine garlic powder Combine milk, cornstarch and margarine. Cook until thickened. Add cheese and sour cream. Pour over blanched vegetables (cook 3 minutes) in a 1-quart casserole dish. You may add other vegetables if you wish. Add topping. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until tender.Other options you may use: chicken, ham, turkey, macaroni, noodles or rice (Minute).
