- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- potatoes per person - 2 item
- French bread unsliced - 1 item
How to make broasted potatoes:
Clean and peel potatoes, allowing 2 potatoes per person. Cut in fourths. Melt butter or margarine in baking pan. Sprinkle Lawry's seasoned salt in melted butter. Place potatoes in pan and coat with seasoned butter. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Canadian.
