Ingredients/Components

  • pineapple juice - 3/4 c
  • low-fat vanilla yogurt - 1/2 c
  • strawberries, stems removed and rinsed - 1/2 c
  • very ripe banana, peeled - 1 item

How to make breakfast shake:

Break banana into small pieces and put in blender with pineapple juice, yogurt and strawberries. Blend until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses and serve immediately.
