Ingredients/Components
- pineapple juice - 3/4 c
- low-fat vanilla yogurt - 1/2 c
- strawberries, stems removed and rinsed - 1/2 c
- very ripe banana, peeled - 1 item
How to make breakfast shake:
Break banana into small pieces and put in blender with pineapple juice, yogurt and strawberries. Blend until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses and serve immediately.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Drinks, Shakes.
