Breakfast quiche
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- slices cubed bread - 8 item
- ham, bacon or sausage - 1 lb
- cheese 1/2 Swiss and 1/2 Cheddar - 1/4 lb
How to make breakfast quiche:
Brown meat; may add bacon bits. Mix all together. Put in refrigerator overnight. This can be frozen before being baked. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Allow extra time if frozen. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Omelets and frittatas, Savory pies.
