Breakfast pizza
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 5 item
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- pork sausage - 1 lb
- 8 refrigerated crescent rolls - 1 pkg
- frozen loose pack hash brown potatoes, thawed - 1 c
- shredded sharp Cheddar, Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese 4 oz - 1 c
How to make breakfast pizza:
In skillet cook sausage until brown; drain off fat. Separate rolls into 8 triangles. Place in ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward center. Press over bottom and up sides; seal. Spoon on the sausage, then potatoes, then Cheddar. In a bowl beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over crust. Sprinkle on Parmesan. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
