Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 Tbsp
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- oleo - 1/2 c
- plus 2 Tbsp - 1 c
- small carton sour cream - 1 item
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Topping:1/2 c. chopped pecans4 Tbsp. sugar1 tsp. cinnamon Cream butter, sugar, eggs and sour cream. Add dry ingredients. Put half of dough into a spring-form pan that has been greased. Place half of topping on dough. Put balance of dough on topping. Add rest of the topping on top of dough. Bake 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Coffee cakes.
