Breakfast pizza
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 5 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- crescent rolls
- shredded Cheddar cheese 4 oz - 1 c
- frozen hash browns, thawed - 1 c
- pork sausage - 1 lb
How to make breakfast pizza:
Cook sausage until brown; drain. Separate crescent rolls. Place in an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with point toward center. Press over bottom and sides to form a crust. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes; top with cheese. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour into crust. Sprinkle Parmesan over all. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
