Breakfast pizza
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 5 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese 4 oz - 1 c
- frozen hash browns - 1 c
- sausage, cooked and drained - 1 lb
- refrigerated crescent rolls - 1 pkg
- chopped finely green peppers, onions and tomatoes - 1/2 c
How to make breakfast pizza:
Place crescent rolls (unrolled) over pan; press edges together to seal. Turn edges up. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle hash browns, veggies, salt and pepper on crust. Top with Cheddar cheese. Beat eggs; add milk and mix well. Pour over mixture. Sprinkle Parmesan on top. Bake at 375° for about 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Main dish, Pizza.
