Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 5 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- 4 oz - 1 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- pork sausage - 1 lb
- 8 refrigerated crescent rolls - 1 pkg
- frozen loosely packed hash brown potatoes, thawed - 1 c
How to make breakfast pizza:
In a skillet, cook sausage until browned; drain off fat. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles; place in ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward center. Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust; spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes; top with Cheddar cheese. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour into crust. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Main dish, Pizza.
