Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- milk
- salt - 1 tsp
- Bisquick - 3/4 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- 4 oz - 1 c
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained not cooked - 1 pkg
How to make impossible vegetable pie:
Mix broccoli, onion and green pepper; place in a lightly greased pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2-inches. Beat remaining ingredients 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate; bake 40 minutes at 400° until knife comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Broccoli.
