Breakfast pizza
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 5 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- frozen hash browns, thawed - 1 c
- shredded sharp cheese - 1 c
- sausage or chopped ham or crumbled bacon - 1 lb
- 8 crescent rolls only crescent - 1 pkg
How to make breakfast pizza:
In frying pan, cook sausage until brown, breaking up as you cook. Drain. Separate rolls into 8 triangles. Place in an ungreased pizza pan (12-inch) with points toward the center. Press over bottom and up sides to form crust. Seal perforations of dough. Spoon meat over crust, sprinkle with hash browns and top with cheese. In bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over crust. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Main dish, Pizza.
