Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • eggs, beaten - 6 item
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
  • dried oregano - 3/4 tsp
  • pork sausage - 1 lb

How to make breakfast pizza:

Cook sausage; drain well. Set aside. Separate rolls into 8 triangles. Place triangles with elongated points toward center in a greased 12-inch deep dish pizza pan. Press bottom and sides to form a crust and seal perforations in dough. Bake at 375° for 5 minutes on lower oven rack. (Crust will be puffy when removed from the oven.) Reduce oven temperature to 350°.

Spoon sausage over dough. Sprinkle with cheeses. Combine eggs and next 3 ingredients; pour over sausage mixture.

Bake at 350° on lower oven rack for 30 to 35 minutes or until eggs have set. (Be sure your pan is deep enough that the eggs and toppings do not run out in your oven.)
