Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 3/4 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- flour
- oil - 1/3 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
How to make breakfast muffins:
Cream oil and sugar, then add egg. Mix dry ingredients with milk. Beat well. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes. You may add nuts, dates, apples, prunes or anything you want to add. Makes one dozen.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
