Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour
- melted margarine - 1/4 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- blueberries
- Add sifted dry ingredients: flour, baking powder and salt
How to make blueberry coffee cake:
Beat egg, sugar, oil and vanilla together until fluffy. Add sifted dry ingredients: flour, baking powder and salt. Fold in blueberries. Pour into a greased 9-inch square pan.Topping:1/2 c. brown sugar1/3 c. flour1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/4 c. melted margarine1/2 c. chopped nuts Mix topping together and sprinkle over the top.
