Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 6 item
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- slices bread, cubed - 2 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- sausage, browned and drained - 1 lb
How to make sausage egg casserole:
Combine eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard. Add bread; stir. Add cheese and sausage. Pour into an 8 x 12-inch baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut and serve. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Egg, Breakfast, Casseroles.
