Breakfast granola
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- water - 3/4 c
- oil - 3/4 c
- shredded coconut - 2 c
- honey - 1 c
- whole wheat flour - 1 c
- wheat germ - 2 c
- 10 oz
- raw cashews or almonds, chopped - 1 c
How to make breakfast granola:
Mix together the first 6 ingredients. Whiz together in blender the next 5 ingredients. Add to dry mixture, stirring thoroughly. Bake at 250°, stirring every 20 minutes for about 1 hour or until brown. Yields 24 cups.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Grains, Granola and porridge.
