Ingredients/Components

  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 Tbsp
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • water - 3/4 c
  • oil - 3/4 c
  • shredded coconut - 2 c
  • honey - 1 c
  • whole wheat flour - 1 c
  • wheat germ - 2 c
  • 10 oz
  • raw cashews or almonds, chopped - 1 c

How to make breakfast granola:

Mix together the first 6 ingredients. Whiz together in blender the next 5 ingredients. Add to dry mixture, stirring thoroughly. Bake at 250°, stirring every 20 minutes for about 1 hour or until brown. Yields 24 cups.
