Breakfast casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- grated Swiss cheese - 1/2 c
- sausage - 1 lb
- can crescent dinner rolls - 1 oz
How to make breakfast casserole:
Line a 8 to 9-inch dish with crescent roll dough. Brown sausage and place over the rolls. Beat eggs with the milk, salt and pepper. Pour over the sausage. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. (Better if made a day ahead.) Serves 4 to 6.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
