Ingredients/Components
- bulk pork sausage
- eggs - 9 item
- milk - 3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- slices bread - 4 item
- grated Cheddar cheese
How to make sausage and egg casserole:
Fry, drain and crumble sausage. Slightly beat eggs. Cube bread in 1 1/2-inch squares. Combine all and pour in 9 x 12-inch greased pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Quick, easy and excellent for overnight company. May also be served for supper. Yields 10 to 12 servings.Recipe categories: Holiday, Breakfast, Casseroles.
