  • bulk pork sausage
  • eggs - 9 item
  • milk - 3 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • slices bread - 4 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese

How to make sausage and egg casserole:

Fry, drain and crumble sausage. Slightly beat eggs. Cube bread in 1 1/2-inch squares. Combine all and pour in 9 x 12-inch greased pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Quick, easy and excellent for overnight company. May also be served for supper. Yields 10 to 12 servings.
